The areas to be treated can be covered with a topical anesthetic or blocks prior to injecting and results are apparent for up to six months.
Juvederm: You may be a candidate for Juvederm if you desire fuller lips or wish to fill in lines that run from your nose to your mouth or lines around your lips. Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid that requires no allergy testing prior to injections. Plastic surgeons inject Juvederm in the office and you are able to resume normal activity following your appointment. The areas to be treated can be covered with a topical anesthetic or blocks prior to injecting and results are apparent for up to six months.
ArteFill: You may be a candidate for ArteFill if you have had fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm or Collagen in the past and like the results, especially indicated for nasolabial folds (the lines that run from your nose to your mouth). ArteFill is the first permanent filler on the market. A skin test is required prior to injecting ArteFill and we will do this in the office at no charge. Plastic surgeons inject ArteFill in the office and you are able to resume normal activity following your appointment. The areas to be treated can be covered with a topical anesthetic or blocks prior to injecting.
Sculptra: You may be a candidate for Sculptra if you have facial fat loss, especially in the cheek area. Sculptra is an injectable Poly-l-lactic acid that is used to restore volume and correct signs of facial fat loss. There is no skin test required prior to treatment and plastic surgeons inject Sculptra in the office. You are able to resume normal activity following your appointment.
